I SPY with my little EYE....

I love a good shadow box.

 And this my friends is an AMAZING one.

This particular one caught my eye while thrift store hopping.

I'm pretty sure the guy was asking $40, and I got it down to $25.

I usually won't even pay that much, but I had to have this.

As you can see it's a blank canvas. The BEST part is filling it up. I still have lots and lots of room.

Trinket shopping is so fun, I'm pretty sure I didn't pay more than .50 cents for any of the trinkets shown in the first picture. This shadow box is a big part of my kitchen. It brings so much life to the room. I would say about 99.9% of the people that come in my house ask about it.

If you go to a few different thrift/antique shops, these old shadow boxes aren't hard to find.
