I saved these jars FOREVER.
I finally thought of something crafty.
Center pieces for my table.
I didn't even go to Pinterest for this one!

I seriously only used the items above for this cute project. You can choose to put what you would like in the jars. I raided my craft trunk and found these beauties.

It honestly took a little more time than my usual quick crafts.
It took about 1 hour.
My 3 year old son even helped a little.
I didn't know what I should do to cover up the "prego" letters.
I fiddled with it a bit and came up with the yarn.
I love love love the way it turned out. Plus using the yarn, you can choose so many different colors.
You don't even need to use it as a center piece! You can put these jars in plenty of different places.
I liked them best on the table. They did look cute by the window, too.
What I used:
Old Prego Jars (You can use whatever jars you have!)
Acrylic Paint
Yarn
Glue Stick
Paint Brush
What I did:
Painted the outside of the jars.
Let dry 15-20 minutes.
Apply glue stick around the top of the jar.
Tightly wrap yarn around.
Helpful tips:
Make sure you clean the jars out very well first.I ran mine through the dish washer.

I only put two coats on of paint.
I hid the end of the yarn by tucking it very carefully under the other yarn with a needle.

So cute and bright! I love the pops of color :)
